ARSENE WENGER ATTACKS ARSENAL FANS AFTER MISSING OUT ON CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
Arsene Wenger has spoken about transfers after Arsenal missed out on the Champions League (AFP/Getty ImagesArsene Wenger has blamed the club's long-suffering fans for his woes. He said the fans created 'a hostile environment' which has been a 'big handicap' for his players.
The Gunners were beaten to fourth place by Liverpool on the last day of the campaign, meaning they have missed out on the Champions League for the first time in 20 years.
The fans have protested against the manager's reign this season and have urged the Frenchman to leave.
Asked if he would be staying on, Wenger could only reply: 'I'll answer after the FA Cup final, thank you.'
