Team mate Marco Reus says he wants Michy Batshuayi to make his move from Chelsea to
Borussia Dortmund permanent
Batshuayi struggled to get a game at Chelsea under Antonio Conte, with the 24-year-old
starting just three Premier League games this season before being shipped out to Germany.
It appears he is now enjoying a new lease of life at Dortmund.
The Belgian has made a significant impact on the Bundesliga team. He’s scored seven
goals in nine appearances, including a brace against Frankfurt at the weekend.

It’s then perhaps unsurprising that his Dortmund team-mates would like to see him stay.
Echoing other team mates, Reus said,
‘I would be very happy if Michy stays.’ Reus has himself just signed a long-term
contract with the club.
He continued, ‘He showed how important he can be for us. I hope we finish the
season in a Champions League place.’
