Kim goes shoe shopping

The volatile North Korean leader was spotted giggling away on a visit to a shoe factory in 

the capital Pyongyang. He was joined by his rarely seen wife Ri Sol Ju for the tour of the 

Ryuwon 

Footwear Factory. In one photo, Kim can be seen grinning as he picks up a tiny pink shoe. 

He appeared relaxed in the images released this week by the state-owned Korean Central 

News Agency.

When he isn’t out looking at shoes, Kim enjoys testing his country’s expanding arsenal 

and has conducted 15 missile tests this year, a majority of which were successful, North 

Korea claims.
