Conte was fired by Chelsea last year after two seasons in charge
Most soccer enthusiasts would agree that former Chelsea coach Antonio Conte is an accomplished boss. In his first season at the club he won the Premier League. In his second he won the FA Cup even though the team failed to qualify for the Champions League having finished the season outside the top four.
Surprisingly, this was not good enough for the trigger-happy billionaire club owner Roman Abramovich who refused to allow the fiery Italian to serve the final year of his contract.

Conte took pre-season training at the start of the campaign before he was relieved of his job and replaced by Maurizio Sarri. The club also refused to pay the final year of salary that Conte believed he was entitled to.
Chelsea claimed the Italian's conduct in his final 12 months at the club, where he fell out with key players and told Diego Costa he could leave via a text message, were against their interests.
Conte was angry and shocked. He believed that Chelsea's wait to sack him until July 13, after the start of pre-season, harmed his chances of finding another job.
A Premier League manager's arbitration tribunal was held in March and both parties have now been informed of the ruling.
The West London club will now have to pay their former manager £9million in compensation after sacking him last summer.
Chelsea do not plan on appealing the verdict, marking the end of a fraught 10-month feud with their former manager.
