Having successfully identified the symptoms, Mr Trump came up with the illness afflicting his detractors
US president, Donald Trump, has said that his critics are angry and shocked that he and Vladimir Putin got on well at the summit in Helsinki, Finland.
Today, Mr Trump, bristling with confidence and defiance, tweeted:
"Some people HATE the fact that I got along well with President Putin of Russia.
"They would rather go to war than see this. It’s called Trump Derangement Syndrome!"
The president had said earlier:
"So many people at the higher ends of intelligence loved my press conference performance in Helsinki.''
