TERRIFIED UK TOWER BLOCK RESIDENTS TAKE MATTERS INTO THEIR OWN HANDS

Desperate experiment filmed by residents
There is a saying that lightening does not strike twice.  It seems that some tower block residents in the UK would only agree with this saying provided necessary actions are taken.  They appear to believe that history can repeat itself if the lessons of history are not learnt.

These residents are of the opinion that if another major fire disaster is to be averted, all hands need to be on deck from now on.  They have, as a result, swung into action by conducting tests of their own.
Concern is rising especially because hundreds of high rises across Britain have Grenfell Tower-style cladding which has been confirmed by tests to be flammable.  The various councils are hence being compelled to do something drastic in order to ensure the safety of residents.
