THE £70M TRANSFER TARGET

CHELSEA APPEAR SET TO MISS OUT ON BELGIAN

Romelu Lukaku's planned move to Chelsea could yet be scuppered.  The 23- year-old striker is having second thoughts after all.  This is mainly because of Antonio Conte's style of play.  He is now considering a move to rivals Manchester United who also want him.

The big Belgian is keen to leave Everton because he desperately wants Champions League football.  Lukaku, who is in line to win the Premier Golden Boot, fears that he might not be Chelsea's automatic replacement for Diego Costa considering Antonio Conte's style of play.  Conte expects his strikers to defend and press opponents.  This is something that does not appeal to Lukaku.

However, it would be a surprise should the Belgian move to United considering that it was Jose Mourinho, the current Red Devils' coach, who sold him at Chelsea.
