Russia warns travelling citizens to watch their back

‘US hunting for you,’ Russia warns citizens

According to the foreign ministry in Moscow, travelling Russian citizens are at the risk of being hunted down and abducted at the behest of US security services.

The Russians believe the American special services have continued a hunt for Russians around the world.

The foreign ministry also said that more than ten Russian citizens were arrested abroad last year following requests by Washington.

It cited the cases last year of the detention in Spain of Stanislav Lisov and Petr Levashov; in Latvia of Yury Martyshev; and in Greece of Alexander Vinnik.  They were all suspected computer hackers.
