We reveal how the Ain Dubai will stack up against some of
the most recognisable buildings in the UK
Measuring 210 metres in height, the giant wheel comes in more
than 80 metres taller than the capital’s famous attraction.
Made by Hyundai, the Ain will be able to carry more than
1,400 passengers at any one time in its 48 capsules.
The Eye by contrast can take 800 in its 32 pods.
Ain Dubai is the latest in a series of mega constructions that
have turned the UAE into one of the world’s
 biggest tourist destinations.

The 830m-high Burj Khalifa in Dubai is almost 200m taller
than the world’s next tallest structure.
While the man-made palm tree island off the Emirates’
coast covers an area of five square kilometres.
Around 1.5million Brits visit the UAE every year.
