Winning the Premier League

 Chelsea Manager, Antonio Conte, wants transfer business to be speeded up.  He also wants to have more say over transfers.  However, this runs contrary to the club's wishes.  The Chelsea board would not want to change the way they do business, even after the fiery Italian won the Premier League by seven points in his first season in charge.

Nevertheless, the club remain confident that Conte will sign a new contract at Stamford Bridge before the start of next season.  Chelsea are hopeful of making some progress on transfers next week, with Tiemone Bakayoko, the Monaco midfielder, and Willy Caballero, the Manchester City goalkeeper, expected to be their first signings of the summer.
