Beijing is refusing to be left out of the race.  This race is all about nations trying to find ways to expand their influence around the globe.

Some nations have often been left speechless wondering how America has always been able to call the shots in most places around the world.

Now, it appears China is determined to counter American primacy.  There are reports that the Chinese are to expand their military capabilities around the world.  They are set to have overseas bases in places like Pakistan.  This is a confirmation that the world's largest army seeks an increased role in defending China's interests abroad.

China and Pakistan have always had a friendly relationship and similar strategic interests.
