MATADOR DIES AFTER BEING GORED BY BULL

Veteran Spanish matador, Ivan Fandino, has been killed during a bull-running festival in Aire-sur-l'Adour in the Southwest of France.  He was 36.
The daring bullfighter died after he tripped on his cloak and was then fatally gored in the side when he fell to the ground.

Witnesses confirmed that he was using his cloak to entice the bull to charge when his feet got entangled in the material.  Sadly, he could not free himself in time.

Fandino was rushed to the bullring's infirmary and then to hospital in Mont de Marsan.  He later died.
