He may have thought that all is forgotten but escaped prisoner is back in the net
The arm of the Law is so long that it can reach anyone wherever they may be and no matter for how long they may have been hiding.  This was exactly what happened in the case of Steven Dishman, a prisoner who was on the run in the US for 32 years.

Dishman, 60, was serving a seven-year sentence for theft and burglary when he disappeared from Benton prison in Arkansas on May 28, 1985.  However, Dishman's luck ran out on Sunday when he was recaptured at a home in Springdale, north-west Arkansas by local police officers and state troopers.

Surprisingly, his mum, Shirley Jones was not unaware that Steven was on the run.  She had been in contact with him from about six months after his escape.  Mr. Dishman was visiting her when he was caught.

Obviously, he has been on his best behaviour since his escape.  However, Dishman was shopped by someone who had met him five years after his escape and who knew his whereabouts.
