Alexis Sanchez has leapt to the defence of Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger against fan protests
The uncertainties surrounding Arsenal's managerial situation continue. Things are getting a bit complicated as players are now leaping to their manager's defence. The latest player to do so was Alexis Sanchez. He has slammed the fans who are protesting against manager Arsene Wenger, saying the Gunners boss is 'the Creator' of everything at the club.
Hear the Chilean, 'For me, it (fan demonstrations) is very bad. He is the manager who gave a stadium to the club, won cups, and he has been 21 years in the job. He is the Creator of the stadium, the players and style of play.' Sanchez forgot to add that next season, for the first time in 20 tears, Arsenal will not be playing in the Champions League.
The fact of the matter is that whatever position the players take, it is the responsibility of the Board to decide on these things. Obviously, Wenger has been allowed to become too powerful at the club.

Yes, there are pluses when you talk about the French man. He has an eye for a talented footballer, has contacts at clubs all over Europe, is multi-lingual and holds a degree in Economics. The truth however is that the club has to progress. The directors must ditch Arsene Wenger or accept the status-quo. This is considering that Wenger cannot change his ways.
